One manufacturer in Dubai specified flooring implemented a lighting retrofit of its 900,000 square foot manufacturing plant as part of its comprehensive sustainability plan. Implementing a successful,lighting redesign and retrofit project for the facilities, which operate 24/7.

CESP project management team ensured that fixtures and materials to meet the aggressive two-month installation schedule. A total of 1,482 fixtures were upgraded for better performance and energy efficiency.The new solution includes LED exit signs, LED highbay light, LED Explosion proof lighting , LED parking lots lighting and led office lighting that enhances safety by effectively illuminating the desired areas without wasting energy.

A total of 120 fixtures that were not providing useful lighting were eliminated.

The completed lighting retrofit not only reduced energy output and cost, it affected the mood of employees. No matter what time they arrive at work, employees begin their day in well-lit parking lots. The new lighting design enhances their ability to quickly, accurately and safely perform their jobs.

Finally the owner is very satisfied with the energy reduction due to the ROI is only 11 months.
