One manufacturer in Dubai specified flooring implemented a lighting retrofit of its 900,000 square foot manufacturing plant as part of its comprehensive sustainability plan. Implementing a successful,lighting redesign and retrofit project for the facilities, which operate 24/7.

The lighting of the new promenade presented a significant challenge: to ensure increased and uniform visual comfort for users while respecting the various lighting levels in the area. The developers of a commercial centre in Dubai, want some decorative atmosphere for the facade of their development as is was adjacent to a restaurant and entertainment precinct.

They were initially dubious that we could successfully illuminate the building with our LED wall washer fittings. We finally convinced the owner that we could colour 2 storeys of facade with 150 watts per fitting, by using tight beam control and no wasted illumination energy. CESP LED Team are invited to propose LED garden light upgrade in Dubai ,with the subject of a lighting project that aims to show its magnificent trees in their best light.

The lower part of the hornbeam next to the swimming pool is lit with recessed fixtures with 15° optics and light sources with a high colour rendering index to enhance the green tones of the leaves. In the middle of the garden, the same fixtures have been recessed into the ground. The lighting is completed with Spot 3.4 projectors with 15° optics fixed directly to the tree trunks using fastener straps.

In the version with 3000K white light, 30° optics and CRI 90 – were recessed between the stones at the base of the tree to create a play of light and shadow between the tree’s branches.
