Our Dubai-based customer, had a range of fluorescent lights, using several types of light fittings in their offices and plants , due to the multiple types of lamps and tubes needing frequent maintenance, to poor uniformity of lighting levels and quality of lighting. In some areas, different lights and different using time result in different color performance which affect greatly the work condition .

The client approached us at CESP LED Industry Lighting to address their mix-match of lighting, and bring uniformity and consistency to their workplace. With the benefits of LED lighting to produce consistent colour, light levels and energy usage it was the right choice for them.
CESP LED Industry lighting team make a lighting site visit, taking a range of details from light readings to floor plan information and discussed options with the client along with their expectations. .

After careful planning an LED solution was outlined that utilised the best product options for the working environment. CESP LED High Bays light were installed in the factory and warehouse main area, CESP LED panel lights were installed in the office and for their mezzanine floor. Also tens of CESP LED flood Lights were installed on the wall and boundary ,which is for their loading job.

• The combined lumen output for the existing light fittings (all fluorescents) was 431,330 lm.
• The lumen output of our LED lights installed was higher at 456,2500lms and utilised 61% less energy, less fittings.
• The office saw the greatest light to wattage cost benefit; from 80watts per fluorescent light, down to 36 watts used per LED ,the performance is more uniformity.

With super low maintenance, a life span of over 50,000 hours ,our client had a projected 71% decrease in operational lighting costs and time.
