CESP, the UAE LED lighting brand, has completed an installation of its LED High Bays into the ONE production facility in Dubai, delivering incredible energy savings of 70%.

The production facility was originally lit by inefficient sodium high bays that were prone to failure and had to be replaced often. The client were looking for a brighter, more efficient alternative to their existing lighting that would eliminate maintenance costs altogether.

CESP supplied Mitsubushi with ultra-thin, 600mmx600mm square Eco LED Ceiling Panels that draw just 40W and have a colour temperature of 4000K (natural). They are designed to slot easily into an existing ceiling grid and offer beautiful, even illumination without glare or flicker. “The difference in the light quality of the new LED lighting compared to the old fluorescent tubes is astounding,” We have received very positive feedback from their staff since they were installed.”

The replacement LED High Bays for the factory included the 150W and 200W models. Designed and built with performance and reliability in mind, the LED High Bay (150W and 200W) features a patented ‘phase-change’ liquid core. This unique cooling system tackles heat effortlessly by drawing the heat away from the LED, maintaining more lumens out of the super-bright LED chips, for longer, ensuring 100x more efficient heat transfer.

Both LED High Bays are rated IP65 – suitable for both internal and external use and ideal for illuminating large spaces such as warehouses, factories and production sites. Both LED High Bay models have a replaceable driver, giving customers upgrade options at end of life, ensuring product durability.

This LED Lighting retrofit project is a shining example of how LED lighting for production factories can be effectively and efficiently improved, whilst reaping the rewards of energy and maintenance savings.
