LED Facade light retrofit (2020)

The developers of a commercial centre in Dubai, want some decorative atmosphere for the facade of their development as is was adjacent to a restaurant and entertainment precinct.

They were initially dubious that we could successfully illuminate the building with our LED wall washer fittings. We finally convinced the owner that we could colour 2 storeys of facade with 150 watts per fitting, by using tight beam control and no wasted illumination energy. The result was a saving on fitting costs, maintenance costs .
